Terms of Service_

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website located at totidu-mobila.info and all content, modules, guides, and educational materials available through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

A. About the Service

A.1 Nature of Content

Totidu Mobila provides educational content in the form of short interactive modules and written guides focused on personal financial habits. All content on the Platform is informational and educational in nature only. Nothing published on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated under Polish or EU law, including the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Dz.U. 2005 Nr 183 poz. 1538) or the Act of 27 May 2004 on Investment Funds (Dz.U. 2004 Nr 146 poz. 1546).

If you submit information through the contact form or newsletter subscription, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. You accept responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate information submitted to us.

All content on the Platform, including text, module structures, guides, design elements, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Totidu Mobila or its licensors, protected under Polish copyright law (Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, Dz.U. 1994 Nr 24 poz. 83) and applicable EU intellectual property directives.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform content for personal educational use. This licence does not include the right to download, reproduce, or distribute content for any purpose other than private personal use.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
